CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 636, an ordinance establishing
the Woods of Medina Storrn Sew-
er Improvement Tax District. The
tax district applies to Lots 1-13,
Block 1, Lots 1-3, Block 2, Outlot
A, Woods of Medina, Hennepin
County, Minnesota. The tax district
allows the City to levy taxes to pay
for construction, reconstruction,
and maintenance of stormwater fa-
cilities on the property if the owners
fail to conduct these activities.

636 is available from the city clerk
at Medina city hall during regular
business hours.
