The ordinance describes under what circum- stances stormwater management improvements are required to be constructed in connection with site disturbance and creation of new impervious surfaces. These trig- gers are similar to those previously required, with an additional exemp- tion for certain project in which the total impervious surface is less than 20% of the site.
