AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING THE ZONING' MAP OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the. City of Temple
City finds and de.termine.s.. that .. the. ...z.on.e...chan.ge.....herein -
after set forth was initiated by the ..owners .._of .,the properties
proposed to be rezoned and was processed in the manner and
means set forth by State law and ...City ..ordinance, ..and the
City Council has duly considered the _ recommendations and
reports of the Planning. Commission .set forth in Resolution.
72 -463 PC, and said zone change .. is hereby deemed to be
in the public interest and welfare for. the..r.easons set
forth in the Planning Commission recommendations and
reports thereon...
SECTION 2. The following described .property is
hereby rezoned from R -4 to C -2 and the zoning map of the
City amended accordingly:
5302 through 5336 Rosemead Boulevard located within
the City of Temple City and more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Parcels 1 through 6, Portion of Lot 1, Record
of Survey Map Re S., Book 56, pages 12 and 13
of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder,
County of Los Angeles., State of California.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor
and shall cause the same to be publ.is.he.d in the Temple
City Times, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
