WHEREAS, I.C. 36-4-7-1 et. seq. provides for the fixing of annual compensation of electec City Officers. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1992 and ending December 31, 1992, the following elected officials of the City of Richmond, Indiana shall receive the following compensation; including compensation received from Richmond Power & Light. Mayor 48,960.00 City Clerk 23,516.00 Clerk R.P.&L.
