Since you recently had it surveyed, copy the survey and mark the location you want to place your portable building. From Dianne — "Without a survey I will need her to draw her property showing property lines, house, driveway, any other existing structures, and proposed location of shed showing it 5 feet from any property line. I will need to use that for a site visit. If shed is a prefab, Ray needs two sets of details/manufacturer specs for 130 wind zone. Won't be able to permit until Ray and I review. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me (Dianne will be out of the office until Friday). She sent in a permit application but did not include a survey. On her application she states, "Portable building, 10 x 10, with no construction needed. Will be set and tied down per code requirements. Will withstand 150 mph winds." She is aware it must be a minimum of 5' from the property line. Do you still want a survey? I checked and we don't have anything from previous permits.
