WHEREAS, Amended Ordinance No. 37-1990 established the various positions and salaries for the officers and employees of the City of Richmond; and, WHEREAS, the Common Council approved the positions and salaries as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 37-1990; and, WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reflect the job position and salary changes for several departments as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 37-1990; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana: SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1991 and ending December 31, 1991 that the following position be added to Amended Ordinance No. 37-1990: CLASSIFICATION SALARY NUMBER SPECIAL - BIRTH TO FIVE DIRECTOR 30,000 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana this day of 1991.
