Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the Common
Council of Richmond, Indiana, at its regular meeting place on August 19, 1991, at 7:30 P.M.,
will conduct a public hearing on the budget. Following this meeting, the aforementioned Council
will meet at their regular meeting place on September 3, 1991, at 7:30 P.M. to adopt the
following budget.[
