WHEREAS, Amended Ordinance No. 36-1991 established the various positions and salaries for the officers and employees of the City of Richmond; and, WHEREAS, the Common Council approved the positions and salaries as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 36-1991; and, WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reflect a change in a job position and salary as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 36-1991; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana: SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1992 and ending December 31, 1992 that the following position be added. POSITION CLASS SALARY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SECRETARY COMOT IV 13,617 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, this day of 1991.
