A RESOLUTION APPROVING PIONKOWSKI FIRST SUBDIVISION
A FARMSTEAD SPLIT
Whereas, Victor & Elaine Pionkowski have filed application and requested preliminary
and final plat approval of Pionkowski First Subdivision, a subdivision described as being located
in the NE '/ of the NE 1/ of Section 6, Township 79 North, Range 7 West of the 5th P.M. in
Johnson County, Iowa. This is a 1.28 acre farmstead split located on the south side of 340th St
SW approximately 1,500 feet west of its intersection with Half Moon Ave SW in Clear Creek
Township, from Johnson County Planning and Zoning.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa:
That the City Council approves the Pionkowski First Subdivision a Farmstead Split subject to
approval by the Johnson County Board of Supervisors.
ON THE 28th day of November, 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council,
Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced A RESOLUTION 2012 -73 APPROVING
PIONKOWSKI FIRST SUBDIVISION A FARMSTEAD SPLIT, and made a motion for
approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Bartels, Upton, Kahler, Ryan
Nays: none
Absent: Phillips
Motion carried.
WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the A RESOLUTION 2012 -73 AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND A RESOLUTION APPROVING PIONKOWSKI FIRST SUBDIVISION A
FARMSTEAD SPLIT, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature
hereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 28th day of November 2012, and approved by the Mayor on the 28th day
of November 2012.
