RESOLUTION RETAINING MRS. NORMA GRENCH AS TEMPORARY SECRETARY TO
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT.
WHEREAS the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Park
District determined by motion passed at its meeting of December 13,
1972, to retain the services of a part-time secretary, with permanent
staffing to be deferred until a General Manager has been hired,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA
REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT DOES RESOLVE THAT Mrs. Norma Grench be re-
tained as a part-time secretary, as an independent contractor and
not as an employee, at the rate of $4.25 per hour, for such hours
as the Board, or the President or Vice President acting for the
Board, may determine, but normally including all regular and
special meetings of the Board and Monday morning and Thursday
afternoon.

sula Regional Park District on
