AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 3324.1 OF THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PROHIBITED
PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 3324.1 of the Temple City Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
3324.1. EXCEPTIONS. The provisions of Section 3324
shall not apply:
"A. To any street which the City Council has
designated in Resolution No. .72 -1250 , previously
adopted, or as that Resolution may be from time to
time amended.
B. To emergency vehicles
C. To any vehicle with an "all -night parking
permit" issued and attached in compliance with
Sections 3325 -3332 hereof.
SECTION 2. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation
violating this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not
more than $500 or by imprisonment in the City or County Jail
for a period of not to exceed six months, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Temple City.

held on the 19th day of December , 1972, and was duly
passed, approves? and adopted by said Council, approved and signed
by the Mayor and attested by theCity Clerk at a regular meeting
of the said City Council held on the 2nd day of January ,
1973, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Dennis, Merritt, Tyrell, Briggs
NOES: Councilmen -None
