AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 97 OF THE RICHMOND CITY CODE WITH
REGARD TO THE STREET TREE COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary and advisable for certain changes to be made in the
ordinances establishing and amending the Street Tree Commission for the City of
Richmond; and,
WHEREAS, the Street Tree Commission and the City Attorney have recommended certain changes
to insure proper attendance at meetings of the Street Tree Commission.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana that
Chapter 97 of the Richmond Code of Ordinances be as amended as follows:
SECTION 97.02. Add the following:
(5) The appointing body of a member of the Street Tree Commission may remove said
member for missing three consecutive meetings in any one year.

Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 7, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. in the
Council Chambers in the Richmond Municipal Building located at 50 North 5th Street, on
the following:[
ORDINANCE NO. 54-1991-AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 97 OF THE RICHMOND CITY
CODE WITH REGARD TO THE STREET TREE COMMISSION. [
