ORDINANCE NO. 73 -366
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AMENDING SECTION 5316 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE. RELATING TO CREDITS
AGAINST SEWER CHARGES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE . CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 10 Section 5316 of the Temple City Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5316. CREDITS FOR EXISTING CAPACITY, In
calculating the chargeable peak flow of sewage, each
lot within the City shall be given a credit of 600
gallons per day per 5000 square feet of lot area. The
amount of peak sewage generated by any :existing facili-
ties on the lot shall be deducted from this credit.
This credit shall not be applied more than once to the
same lot, except when the building on the lot has been
demolished.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to . be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in the City of Temple City,

regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 6th
day of February , 197 3, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dennis, Gilbertson, Merritt, Tyrell, Briggs
