RESOLUTION RETAINING LAWRENCE KLEIN TO PREPARE A CONTRACT FOR
RETENTION OF A TEMPORARY SECRETARY BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK
DISTRICT DOES RESOLVE that Lawrence Klein, Attorney -at -Law, be
retained by the Board, at standard attorney rates for such
work, to prepare a contract between Mrs. Norma Grench and the
Midpeninsula Regional Park District covering services as a
temporary Secretary.

peninsula Regional Park District on
January 30 , 1973,
