1) 5 YEAR CAPITAL PLAN
In an effort to initiate discussions regarding the development of the 2016-17 Fiscal Year
Budget, Staff has assembled information related to capital projects and programs that are
actively being pursued. This draft list has been developed after carefully listening to the needs
of our residents and concerns expressed by Mayor Collins and the Village Board. The
Village’s Transportation Plan and Strategic Plan were also utilized during the development of
the draft list of projects.
During the Committee of the Whole Workshop, Staff will provide a brief overview regarding
the draft Capital Improvement Plan and seek input from the Village Board regarding current
and future projects.

• October 3 Strategic Planning – 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Public Works
• October 5 Village Board Meeting – 7:00 p.m.
• October 12 Next Committee of the Whole Workshop – 7:00 p.m.
