HomeMy Public PortalAbout1995-06 Employee fringe contracts signature authorizationRESOLUTION NO. 95-6 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS FOR EMPLOYEE LEGAL SERVICES PLAN AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY PLAN TO SUPPLMENT EMPLOYEE FRINGE BENEFITS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY BISCAYNE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Manager is hereby authorized to execute contracts for an Employee Legal Services Plan and a Long - Term Disability Plan for all full-time Village employees to supplement the fringe benefits as per the attached Exhibit A.
