Lane, Mr. Brian Belbin, 2315 Stoney Brook Lane, and Mr. Mark Everett,
2308 Parkdale Drive. These persons sited their concerns regarding
traffic congestion, storm water drainage and the value of homes
proposed to be constructed in the area.
The Plan Commission determined that the area surrounding the property
in question is presently zoned R-2 Single Family Residence District. The
Commission also determined that the existing subdivisions in the area,
being Oak Park, Crestdale and Saddlebrook, are zoned R-2 and have been
developed using R-2 requirements. Therefore, the Commission voted six
(6) to two (2) to recommend that Ordinance No. 7-1990 be adopted.
Respectfully submitted,
Daniel S. Dooley, Executi a Secretary
