RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO VICTOR CALVO
FOR USE OF HIS NORTH COUNTY OFFICE AS THE TEMPORARY
OFFICE OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, Public Resources Code section 5557 provides that the
Board of Directors of the district shall have a suitable office in the district
where its maps, plans, documents, records, and accounts shall be kept, and
WHEREAS, VICTOR CALVO , Supervisor of the fifth supervisorial district
of Santa Clara County has so graciously loaned the use of his office at the
North County Administrative Building , 270 Grant Avenue, Palo Alto, as a
temporary office for the Regional Park District,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA
REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT does resolve to thank and express its appreciation
to Supervisor VICTOR CALVO for his generous help and support of the district
in its formative months.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Park District on

thereof, by the following vote :
