APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY SERVICE REQUEST
In requesting temporary electrical service, the undersigned understands and agrees:
1. Connection of temporary electrical service does not remove the requirement to comply with all State of
Georgia minimum construction codes.
2. Temporary electrical power is intended for completion of the construction process and testing equipment
installed within the structure.
3. Issuing approval for temporary power connection does not constitute approval to occupy the structure.
A Certificate of Occupancy must be issued by the City of Tybee Island prior to any occupancy.
4. The owner and contractor are hereby held responsible for any violations of this policy. A violation of this

may result in disconnection of the electrical service until all violations and deficiencies are corrected.

I -Renovations funded within the CIP & FY -14 budget are scheduled to begin on December grid.
This will allow the CG to make another application for the electrical permit for both the GA Power & the work
associated with Braddy Electric. The 2nd application, with Braddy Electric's portion listed separately, will be
submitted on Monday, November 25th, 2013. (GA Power's portion has been submitted already and funded
through deferred revenues, so no additional expense).
Each of these permits will be processed on Monday, December 2"a and will need to be posted before work
begins. We will begin the process of procurement of supplies & materials/equipment rental over the next two
weeks.
Sites associated with the project have been opened for nightly rentals until this time to address demand during
the Thanksgiving holidays.
