AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR A DUMP TRUCK
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby
authorized to prepare bid specifications and contract documents for
the purchase of a new dump truck and to advertise for receipt of
bids for the same.
Adopted this 18th day of July, 2002
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 19, 2002.
