AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMENDED ORDINANCE NO.44-1989 (1990 SALARY ORDINANCE
FOR THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1990 AND
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1990).
WHEREAS, Amended Ordinance No. 44-1989 established the various positions and salaries
for the officers and employees of the City of Richmond; and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council approved the positions and salaries as set forth in Amended
Ordinance No. 44-1989; and,
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reflect the job position and salary changes for several
departments as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 44-1989;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1990 and ending December 31,
1990 that the following positions be deleted from Amended Ordinance No. 44
-1989:
CLASSIFICATION SALARY NUMBER
EX IV 30,000 1
SPECIAL BOARD OF WORKS 24,588 1
SECTION 2. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1990 and ending December 31,
1990 that the following appointed officers and employees of the City of Richmond
shall receive the following salaries for their positions:
CLASSIFICATION SALARY NUMBER
EX II 34,150 1
PAT 1 26,905 1
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana this
