AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SALARIES, WAGES AND POSITIONS FOR APPOINTED
OFFICERS AND _MPLOYEES OF THE RICHMOND SANITARY DISTRICT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1991 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1991,
AS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SANITARY COMMISSIONERS.
WHEREAS; Indiana Code, I.C. 36-9-25-10 authorizes the Richmond Board of Sanitary
Commissioners to set the positions, salaries and wages of its officers and
employees; and,
WHEREAS; he Board of Sanitary Commissioners recommended the positions, salaries and
wages of its officers and employees be set, pursuant to its Resolution No. 6-
1990, adopted July 10, 1989; and
WHEREAS; the Common Council of the City of Richmond desires to ratify the positions,
wages and salaries of the Sanitary District as set forth in Resolution No. 6-
1989 and to incorporate Resolution No. 6-1990 of the Richmond Board of
Sanitary Commissioners into the salary ordinance of the City of Richmond,
Ordinance No. 37-1990:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne
County, Indiana That:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 6-1990, adopted by the Board of Commissioners for the
Richmond Sanitary District on July 10, 1990, is hereby adopted by
reference, ratified and incorporated into this Ordinance as supplementing the
salary ordinance for other City of Richmond officers and employees, being
Ordinance No. 37-1990,
SECTION 2. Resolution No. 6-1990 of the Board of Sanitary Commissioners assigns the
following salaries to the following City officials.
City Engineer
City Attorney
City Controller
Deputy Controller
Payroll Manager
Director of Admin. Services
Purchasing Director
Purchasing /Controller Coord.
Legal Secretary
Accounts Payable/Computer Oprerator
Computer Aided Draftsman
Programmer
25% of Salary Approved by Common Council

Such allocation has been provided for in Ordinance No. 37-1990 and are included here for
illustrative purposes only , and are not intended as additional compensation beyond the total
salaries established for those positions in Ordinance No. 37-1990.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 37-1990 shall be forwarded to the Richmond Board of Sanitary
Commissioners.
