APPOINTING A PUBLIC DEFENDER
FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
/HEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Public Defender in the Borough of Carteret; and
IHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
{OW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council ol
