AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
ADDING SECTION 8101.6 TO THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO BUILDING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 8101.6, reading as follows, is hereby
added to the Temple City Municipal Code:
Section 8101.6. Amendment of Section 416.
Section 416 of the Building Code is hereby
amended to read as follows :'
OCCUPANCY is the purpose for which a
building is used or intended to be used. The
term shall also include the building or room
housing such use. Change of occupancy is intended
to include change of tenants or proprietors, but
such changes shall be exempt from the fee set forth
in Section 303(e).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause
the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Temple City.
