An ordinance of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, Amending
Section 64, Chapter II, Title III, of the Code of Ordinances
relating to Licenses and Occupational Fees for professions and
occupations within the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida.
It is hereby ordained by the Town Commission of the Town
of Gulf Stream, Florida, in session assembled on-: Gn,_ ':� ,
1962, as follows:
Any GeneralNuilding Contractor and Sub - contractor,
including electrical, plumbing, roofing, heating and air-
donditioning, plastering, masonary, and all other occupa-
tions, services and businesses related to the general
building trades, shall upon application for an occupational
License or renewal thereof furnish proof of ownership of
a current Certificate of Competency and /or occupational
License as issued by the County of Palm Beach, Florida.
This ordinance shall become effective October 1, 1962, subject
to passage and proper posting according to the Charter Act of the
Town.
