AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION
6805 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO CATV
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of Section 6805 of
the Temple Ci ="t'y Municipal Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Any .grantee ..granted a franchise under
this Chapter shall pay to the City, during the
life .. of such franchise, a. sum equal to five
percent (5 %) of the ,gross subscriber .receipts
of the grantee. Such payment by the grantee
to the City shall be made annually, or as
otherwise provided in the grantee's franchise,
by delivery of the same to the City Clerk,"
SECTION _2...The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this.. Ordinance and to its approval by the. Mayor,.. and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City .Times, a
newspaper .of_.general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Temple. City.
