RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATORIES TO CHECKING AND SAVINGS
ACCOUNTS FOR THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL. PARK DISTRICT
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL
PARK DISTRICT DOES RESOLVE that the authorized signatories
to checking accounts of the Midpeninsula Regional Park Dis-
trict shall be those of any two of the following persons:
the President, the General Manager, the Administrative Sec-
retary..
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL
PARK DISTRICT DOES FURTHER RESOLVE that the signatories for
savings accounts of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District
shall be any one of the above list of three persons and that
funds from savings accounts may be payable only to a check-
ing account of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Mid -
peninsula Regional Park District on June 13 , 1973, at
a regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYE§: Daniel Wendin, Nonette Hanko, Daniel Condron, Katherine
Duffy, William Peters
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
