AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE STATE-LOCAL COOPERATIVE
HOUSING INSPECTION PROGRAM FORM
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs has authorized the
Borough of Carteret to perform inspections for the Bureau of Housing Inspection during
the period from July 1, 2002 to December 31, 2002 in accordance with the Conditions of
Authorization; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute said
document for State-Local Housing Inspections on behalf of the Borough of Carteret.
Adopted this 18th day of July, 2002
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 19, 2002.
