ORDINANCE NO. 73 -376
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
ADDING NEW PARAGRAPH 6A TO SECTION 9410
AND AMENDING SUBSECTION 38 OF SECTION
9202 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
•RELATING TO PERMITTED USES IN THE M -1
ZONE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Paragraph 6A is hereby added to Section 9410
of the Temple City Municipal Code, reading as follows:
"6A. Automotive steam cleaning, conducted as
a primary use, within an enclosed building."
SECTION 2. Subsection 38 of Section 9202 of the Temple
City Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"38. Service Stations - Provided that new secondary
uses in existing stations may be allowed by the Planning
Commission at its discretion either summarily or on a
conditional use permit."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Temple City.

Ordinance No. 73 -376 , was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Temple City, held on the
16th day of October , 1973, and was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting
of the said City Council held on the 6th day of November ,
1973, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Briggs, Dennis, Gilbertson, Merritt, Tyrell
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
