AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY .OF TEMPLE CITY
ADDING NEW PARAGRAPH 23A TO SECTION 9202
OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO CONDITIONAL USES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Paragraph 23A is hereby added to Section 9202
of the Temple City Municipal Code, reading as follows:
"23A. Living quarters for caretakers or attendants
auxiliary to any permitted mortuary or funeral home."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Temple City.

on the 18th day of September , 1973, and was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting
of the said City Council held on the 2nd day of. October
1973, by the following vote:
