RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL
PARK DISTRICT AND THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA PERTAINING TO CERTAIN
SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT TO EXECUTE SUCH AGREEMENTS
ON BEHALF OF THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK
DISTRICT DOES RESOLVE that agreements with the County of Santa
Clara shall be executed such that the County of Santa Clara will
handle payroll accounting for the Midpeninsula Regional Park
District, such that the Midpeninsula Regional Park District will
participate in group insurance programs of the County of Santa
Clara, and such that the Midpeninsula Regional Park District can
purchase equipment and supplies through the offices of the County
of Santa Clara.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President of the Board of
Directors is authorized to execute these agreements on behalf
of the District as necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Mid -
peninsula Regional Park District on June 13 , 1973, at a
regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
