RESOLUTION STATING THAT THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL
PARK DISTRICT DOES RESOLVE that the selection process for em-
ployment by the Midpeninsula Regional Park District in_no way
shall be affected or influenced by race, religious creed, color,
national origin, ancestry, or sex unless sex is a bona fide
occupational qualification.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Midpeninsula Re-
gional Park Eistrict shall be known as an equal opportunity
employer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Park District on June 13 , 1973, at a
regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
