Home My Public Portal About091-1990-TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUNDTRANSFER ORDINANCE NO. 91-1990 AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer money within the fund appropriated in the annual budget. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana; SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND - PLANNING, PERMITS & INSPECTION 2000-Supplies $ 1,000. $ 1,000. SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED REDUCED GENERAL FUND -PLANNING, PERMITS & INSPECTION 1000-Personal Services $ 1,000. $1 ,000. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana. EXCERPTS OF THE MEETING OF, THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RI M ND DIANA The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building of said City on November 19, 1990 at the hour of 7:30 P.M. Councilmember Brookbank presided with the following members present: Councilmembers: Elstro, Lundy, Hankinson, McBride, Parker, Hutton, Morris and Paust. Absent: None The following business was had to -wit: (OTHER BUSINESS HAD) The Clerk presented Proof of Publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond, Indiana, on the date of the day of , said notice stated that a public hearing would be held on the day of 1990 by the Common Council to consider additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the year 1990 within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The Proof of Publication was examined and found to be in order. Councilmember moved the Proof of Publication be received and filed, seconded by Councilmember and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried. The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 91 -1990 . President Brookbank announced Ordinance No. 91-1990 was on public hearing. After hearing all persons present, Ordinance No. 91-1990 was placed on final passage or rejection and on a call of the roll the following was recorded: Ayes: Elstro, Lundy, Hankinson, McBride, Parker, Hutton, Morris, Paust and Brookbank Nays: None Absent: None The vote being 9 to 0 in favor of the passage of Ordinance No. 91-1990 (OTHER BUSINESS HAD) There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed the meeting was adjourned.
