Contract Modification
THIS MODIFICATION to the CONTRACT, made and entered into this day 1St of
June , 2011 by and between Atkins North America, Inc., ("Atkins"), and
The City of Tybee Island, Georgia ("Party") identified herein (Jointly referred to as
"Parties") provides for the change described under Item 1 of this Modification.

1. DESCRIPTION OF MODIFICATION:
Name Change. This Modification is an administrative change to the Contract which both
Parties acknowledge that, effective April 1, 2011, PBS&J's name changes to Atkins North
America, Inc. ("Atkins"), but it has not changed any other corporate formalities. Accordingly,
the Parties agree that no further modification of this Contract is required to reflect this Name
Change.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Modification is accepted on the later date written below, subject
to the terms and conditions above stated, and the aforementioned Contract.
