Poildent of ommon C uncil ATTEST: City CIA PRESENTED by me to the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana this ,Zday of ; 1990. WON= APPROVED by me, Frank H. Waltermann, Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana this jday of 1990. Mayor ATTEST: City C! rk INTER -OFFICE MEMO CITY OF RICHMOND DATE: November 12, 1990 TO: Jane Brookbank, Common Council President t-fAary Merchanthouse, City Clerk FROM: Bruce Metzger, City Attorney 6M/1. RE: Curfew Ordinance Amendment COPY TO. File, Mayor Waltermann Annie Planck was recently checking the Curfew Ordinance to see when she was permitted on the streets. She noticed an inconsistency in the ordinance. The ordinance prohibits children 15, 16, or 17 years of age to be out after 1:00 a.m, on Saturday or Sunday. The next paragraph prohibits children from being out after 11:00 p.m. on weekdays, including Friday. One O'clock a.m. Saturday and 11:00 p.m. Friday are the same evening. Therefore, the amendment eliminates the word "Friday" to resolve this inconsistency. jbs +Ig101121-IegO„leg 0$ NOTIC OF PUBLIC HEARING[ NANCE NO. 1990[ Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 3, 1990 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers in the Richmond Municipal Building located at 50 North 5th Street, on the following:[ ORDINANCE NO. 94-1990-AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 130 OF THE RICHMOND CITY CODE RELATING TO CURFEW.?
