A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO
RELATING TO SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY; DECLARING PERSONAL
PROPERTY SURPLUS; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS
PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of McCall, Idaho ("City") has acquired certain personal property for the
purpose of carrying out services in the public interest; and
WHEREAS, certain items of personal property of the City have become worn out, obsolete, or
are no longer needed by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed it unnecessary to maintain ownership of surplus
personal property of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, desires to dispose of the following surplus property:
1995 Ford Bronco
109,500 miles
5.8 ltr gas engine
Automatic Transmission w/ 4WD
Power Windows & Locks — Valued at $3,600
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED by the City Council of McCall, Idaho, as
follows:
Section 1: The City Council finds and declares that the City no longer has a use for the surplus
property listed above.
Section 2: The City Council adopts the valuation of the surplus property listed and described in
above.
Section 3: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to conduct a sealed bid auction for the
purposes of selling the surplus property to the highest bidder for cash at public sale after public
notice.
Section 4: The City Clerk and/or City Manager are authorized to donate or otherwise dispose
of any item of surplus property if the bids on the surplus property are not in the best interest of
the City, if no bids are received, or in the event that surplus property has no saleable value
because of condition, obsolescence, or if the surplus property is inappropriate for use by the
public.

Section 5: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and
approval.
