AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The following property in the City of Temple
City, County of Los Angeles, State of California, is hereby
rezoned:
1. From Zone R -1 to Zone 0 -S:
Tract No. 57, Book 14, p. 67; south 60 ft.
of Parcel 4, Parcels 5, 6, 7, 8 and the
north 59 -62 ft. of Parcels 9, 10, 11,
Licensed Surveyor's Map, Book 20, p. 36
of Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder; portion of Glickman Avenue
(vacated) per City Council Resolution
71 -1158, of the County Recorder; and
2. From Zone R -4 to Zone O -S:
Lot B, Tract 6561, Book 72, pp. 34 and 35
of Maps, of the County Recorder.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same
to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
the City of Temple City.
