CORRECTING ORDINANCE NO. 762, WHICH ANNEXED CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO AND
CONTIGUOUS TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF McCALL, TO THE CITY
OF McCALL, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE
ANNEXED PROPERTY AS ZONE B — MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY FROM ZONE B — MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL TO ZONE B — MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; DIRECTING THAT
COPIES OF THIS ORDINANCE BE FILED AS PROVIDED BY LAW; PROVIDING FOR
RELATED MATTERS, TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION SET FORTH IN
ORDINANCE NO. 762, AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ALTER THE USE
AND AREA MAP ACCORDINGLY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF HE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the legal description for the real property the subject of Ordinance No
762 and as set forth in Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 762 is incorrect and needs to be corrected.
Section 2: That the correct legal description for the annexed real property located in the
Unincorporated Area of Valley County, and contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of
McCall, to the City of McCall, Idaho and the rezoning of certain property located in the City and
all thereof is attached hereto as Exhibit Al and is, by this reference, incorporated herein as if set
forth in full.
Section 3: That the zone designation of the annexed property and the rezoning property
be Zone B — Medium Density Residential shall apply to the corrected legal description of the
property so annexed and rezoned as described on Exhibit Al.
Section 4: That the City Engineer is hereby directed to alter the Use and Area Map in
accordance with this Ordinance.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL,
IDAHO, THIS 24 DAY OF JANUARY, 2013.

statutory custodian of all laws, ordinances and resolutions of said City.
2. That the attached Ordinance No. 911 is a true and correct copy of an ordinance passed
at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of McCall held on January 24, 2013
and duly recorded in my office; and
3. That said regular meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in accordance
with law and to the extent required by law, due and proper notice of such meeting and
that a legally sufficient number of members of the Council voted in the proper
manner and for the passage of said ordinance; and that all other requirements and
