MEETING ON JULY 9, 2015

CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Pres. J. Cook at 6:34 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Pres. J. Cook, Sec. R. Meszaros, Trustees M. Fisher, S. Cousins
and A. Grod
Others present: Atty. Evan Haim, T. Sawyer, Allison Barrett, Greg Kiesewetter
Absent: John Falduto, Atty. Reimer, Todd Schroeder and Derek Flessner
MEMBER PRESENT: None
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES:
A motion was made by Trustee Cousins to approve the amended minutes of the May 18, 2015 meeting
as presented. Motion was seconded by Pres. Cook. Voice vote was taken and motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None
FINANCIAL REPORTS:
A motion was made by Trustee Steve Cousins to accept the financial report as prepared by Lauterbach
& Amen through March 2015. Motion was seconded by Pres. Jeff Cook. Roll call vote taken: Pres.Cook-
yes, Sec. Meszaros-yes, Trustee Fisher-yes and Trustee Cousins-yes. Motion carried.
Trustee Cousins amended with motion to approve the Bills Paid list as presented by Lauterbach & Amen
through March 2015. Motion seconded by Pres. Cook. . Roll call vote taken: Pres.Cook-yes, Sec.
Meszaros-yes, Trustee Fisher-yes and Trustee Cousins-yes. Motion carried
APPLICATIONS FOR BENEFITS: None
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
The election was held for Board officers. A motion was made by Sec. Rich Meszaros to retain the
current officers for another year and that Sec. Meszaros be named OMA Officer and Linda Hagar will
remain FOIA Officer for the Board. Motion was seconded by Pres. Jeff Cook. Roll call vote: J.Cook-yes,
M.Fisher-yes, A. Grod-yes, S.Cousins-yes and R. Meszaros-yes. Motion carried
Mr. Tom Sawyer presented the investment performance report dated June 30, 2015 to the Board.
After some discussion Trustee Cousins made a motion to accept the report at presented. The motion
was seconded by Pres. Cook. Roll call vote taken: Pres. Cook-yes, Sec. R. Meszaros-yes, Trustee Fisher-
yes, Trustee Cousins-yes, Trustee Grod. Motion carried.

The complete report will be on file in the pension office for review.
NEW BUSINESS CON’T:
Greg Kiesewetter of Cook Castle Associates, LLC presented the quote for renewal of Fiduciary Liability
Insurance Policy. The renewal date is August 1, 2015. Sec. Meszaros motioned to accept the quote of
$6,479 for the next year. Seconded by Trustee Fisher. Roll call vote: J.Cook-yes, M.Fisher-yes, A. Grod-
yes, S.Cousins-yes and R. Meszaros-yes. Motion carried
Allison Barrett of Lauterbach & Amen reviewed the draft of the actuarial report with the Board.
The report will be finalized and accepted at the October 15, 2015 meeting.
ATTORNEY REPORT:
Atty. Haim reported that they hadn’t scheduled the annual exams for our two officers that are
on a disability pension. They had been using INSPE to set up these annual exams but finding
that some of the doctors have withdrawn from the program.
The Board will see that these annual exams get scheduled.
CLOSED SESSION: None
ADJOURNMENT: At 8:00 p.m. a motion was made by Trustee Fisher and Seconded by Trustee
Cousins to adjourn the meeting. Voice vote taken. Motion carried.
