ORDINANCE NO. 74 -382
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING PARAGRAPH 3 OF SECTION 9400 (a) OF
THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING:TO
AUTOMOBILE PAINTING, BODY AND FENDER WORKS
SECTION,l. Paragraph 3 of. Section 9400 (a) of the Temple
City Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
3. Automobile repair garages and /or
automobile body work and painting (all
operations to be conducted within an
enclosed building), provided that a
conditional use permit therefor is
first obtained.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to
be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Temple City.

Temple City, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance,
being Ordinance No. 74 -382 was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City, held
on the 19th day of March , 1974, and was duly
passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a
regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 2nd
day of April , 1974, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dennis, Gilbertson, Greenberg, Tyrell
NOES. Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Merritt
