AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY (ANNEXATION NO. 73-1)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Approval of annexation. The annexation of
territory hereafter described and designated Temple City
Annexation No. 73 -1 under the Annexation of Uninhabited
Territory Act of 1939 comprising Government Code Sections
35300 - 35326 is approved.
SECTION 2. Description. The property annexed to the
City of. Temple City is more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" attached and made .a..part by this reference.
SECTION 3. Filing of documents to complete annexation.
The City Clerk is directed to transmit a certified copy .. of .
this ordinance to the Secretary of State. The Clerk is also
directed to file a Statement of. Change of Boundaries with the
State Board of Equalization, and the County Assessor of
Los Angeles County, under Government Code Sections 54900- 54902,
and to execute and file an affidavit of completion with the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County under Government Code
Section 34080.
SECTION 4. Publication. The City Clerk of the City of
Temple City shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the
same to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Temple City.

TO THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
(Revised Description)
Those portions of Lot 71 of Sunny Slope Vineyard Subdivision No. 1,
as shown on map filed in Book 10, page 112 of Maps, in the Office of
the County Recorder of Los Angeles County and Longden Avenue as shown
on said map, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of Longden Avenue,
'60 feet wide, as.shown on said map, distant West thereon 150 feet.from
the intersection of said northerly line with the westerly line of that
certain 50 foot strip. of land described in deed to the County of Los
Angeles (for Lemon- Avenue) recorded in Book 6753, page 161 of Official.
Recordsf.in the office of said County Recorder; thence North 14 °46' West,
parallel with said westerly line, 24 feet; thence easterly in a direct
line through a point: in said westerly line distant northerly thereon
58.5 feet from said northerly line to the centerline of said certain
50 foot strip of land; thence North 14 °46'- West along said centerline
to the southerly line of the northerly 530 feet of said Lot 71; thence
