Steve Hippen and Evie Haupt presented the Economic Development report along with an update on the Community Visioning Grant. Eilderts moved to approve Ordinance 11-2019-1 an ordinance placing a stop sign on 7t' St. for vehicles traveling from the west at the intersection of East Jackson St. Hippen seconded the motion. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Minteer moved to suspend the rules and pass Ordinance 11-2019-1 upon first reading. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Eiten moved to approve the FY 2019 Urban Revitalization Report. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Hippen moved to approve the FY 2019 Annual Financial Report. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Minteer moved to set December 2, 2019 as date for Public Hearing on the Water-Sewer CDBG Grant Application. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Minteer moved to set January 6, 2020 as date for Public Hearing to Review Application for State Revolving Loan Fund. Eiten seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
