AMENDING THE CITY OF HOPKINSVILLE, KENTUCKY, ANNUAL CAPITAL EQUIPMENT AND
PROPERTY REPLACEMENT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2021 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2022
BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINSVILLE, KENTUCKY AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE
That Section One of Ordinance 15-2021 adopting the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Capital Equipment
and Property Replacement Budget is amended as follows:

SECTION THREE
Any and all existing ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION FOUR
This ordinance shall take effect after its passage and publication according to law.
