SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF
COUNCIL HELD THIS EVENING AT 7: 15 P. M.
PRESENT:

TRUSTEE HOOVER
TRUSTEE RAU

MAYOR GIECK PRESIDED
PAVING Trustee Hovel presented the paving bid
BID for excavating, grading, paving driveway
and alley, and asphalt patching.
The one bid from G & G Paving end
Construction was as follows :
Approximately 148 SY Excavating, Grade
to pave alley for 2" asphalt at $12. 00
SY $1776. 00
Approximately 83 SY of 1 1/2" asphalt
overlay at $8. 00 per SY 664. 00
Approximately 178 SY of 3" asphalt.
patching at $14. 00 per SY 2492. 00
G and G Paving was recommended to us by
the Town of Kersey.
MOTION WAS MADE BY TRUSTEE HOVEL, to
accept the bid from G. and G. Paving.
RECORDED VOTE AS FOLLOWS:
YEAS: TRUSTEES MARSH, HOVEL, HOFF,
HOOVER, AND MAYOR GIECK 5
NAYS: TRUSTEES SHEETS AND RAU 2
MOTION CARRIED
There being no further business to come before the Board,
the meeting adjourned at 7:35 p. m.
