AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
FROM R -1 TO RPD (BALDWIN)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 74 -555 PC, and
pursuant to the Planning Law of the State of California and
the Zoning Ordinances of. this.. City;, and after consideration
of the .Environmenta.l.. Impac.t.. Report as required by the
Environmental Quality Act of the State of California, the
Zoning Code and the. Zone Map of the. City .of... Temple ..City . are
hereby amended to change the zone of the following described
properties from R -1 to RPD, and the provisional plan, marked
Exhibits "A ", "A -1" and "B" to Resolution 74 -555 PC are
approved.. and merged into said zone pursuant to Section 9435
of the Temple City Zoning Code:
That certain real property located in the
City of Temple City, County of Los. Angeles.,

10040 Olive.. Street, on the south side of
Olive .Street.., ..and_ 5204 Baldwin Avenue . through.... _.

Street, on the north side of. Green Street, and
approximately the westerly half of 5311 through.._

Temple City, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance,
being Ordinance No. 74 -386 , was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City, held
on the 4th day of June , 1974, and was duly
passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
