ORDINANCE NO. 74-387
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 9605 OF THE TEMPLE- CITY
-ZONING 'CODE RELATING-TO-MINOR LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENTS
THE 'CITY COUNCIL' OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY 'DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 9605 of the Temple City Zoning Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 9605.- -Minor Lot Line'Adjustments
-Notwithstanding any other provision of this
Chapter, the filing of a final parcel map shall
not be required -and-the-provisions of Sections 9603
an& 9604 hereof -shall be inapplicable in any case
-where, following referral of such matter from the
-Planning Director, the Planning Commission finds and
determines as follows:
(a) That the proposed division of land will not
result in the creation of any new lots or the re-
orientation of any existing lots;
(b) That no public, improvements or-dedications'
are necessary to properly service the -lots involved; and
(c) That the lots involved will conform in all
respects' to the-requirements of this Code.
SECTION 2: The City- Clerk shall -certify to the adoption
of this 'Ordinance and to its -approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to b-e'published in the Temple City Times , a
newspaper -of general -circulatiorr,- printed, published and cir-
culated in the City of- Temple City.
