ORDINANCE NO. 74 -390
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE OF FEES PAYABLE
FOR PERMITS FOR STREET REPAIRS PURSUANT
TO CHAPTER 1 OF ARTICLE VIh OF "THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. New Section 7102, reading as follows, is
hereby added to the Temple City Municipal Code:
Sec. 7102. Fees. The fees payable for
permits pursuant to Ordinance 3597, as amended,
of the County of Los Angeles are hereby amended .
in the particulars set forth in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Temple City.
