AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 9488 OF-THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE BY CHANGING THE APPEAL
TIME IN NUISANCE ABATEMENT MATTERS FROM
15 DAYS TO 7 DAYS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 9488 of the Temple City Municipal
Code is hereby amended by substituting 7 days for 15 days
as the appeal time in nuisance abatement actions.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Temple City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of October
1974.

passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a
regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 1st
day of October , 1974, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Gilbertson, Greenberg, Merritt, Tyrell, Dennis
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
