To whom it may concern:
This letter is to inform you of a change that will affect Cable ONE television
service. The satellite distributor of CNN en Espanol, Fox Deportes, Cine
Mexicano, ESPN Deportes, MUN 2, Telefutura, and Univision for Cable ONE in
McCall, ID, will stop telecasting these signals on December 31, 2012. At this time,
we do not have another source from which to obtain these signals, so these
channels (602, 603, 605, 606, 611, 612, and 614) will no longer be available on
Cable ONE's channel line-up.
We currently have two (2) customers in your community that this will affect. Their
monthly bill will decrease by $3 per month with the removal of the Hispanic Tier,
beginning January 1, 2013. We will be able to offer these channels again in the
near future, but at this time I do not have a specific date. We regret any
inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. For more
