NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Lynwood to
consider the following:
•, Zoning Code Amendment No. 2020-01—Zoning Code Amendments to consider revisions to LMC Chapter
25 Affordable Housing Development Standards.
Project Location: Citywide
Applicant/Owner: Lynwood Family Apartments, LP
Hearing and Date/Time: February 11, 2020; 6:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible)
Hearing Location: 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California 90262
A copy of all relevant material regarding the proposed Zoning Code Amendment No. 2020-01 is on file in the
Community Development Department Office at Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California 90262.
Said documents are open for public inspection during regular business hours, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday
through Thursday. All interested persons are invited to inspect the file and to be present to give testimony at the
public hearing.
The City of Lynwood intends to provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with the Americans with
Disabilities Act of 1990. If special accommodations are required, please contact Michelle Ramirez, Director of
Community Development, at (310) 603-0220, Ext. 605 or via email at mramirez@lynwood.ca.us at least 48 hours
prior to the February 11,2020 public hearing date.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as
the matter may be heard,the Lynwood Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at
City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California 90262, for the solicitation of public comment on Zoning Code
Amendment No. 2020-01 from citizens and interested parties. All interested persons may attend at said time and
testify in this matter.
